STAY AWAKE, STAY ENGAGED

https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87183298067?pwd=U3pINXcvaTU3MVJCLzZwR3VCUWlCQT09

This is a time of reckoning in our society. In Martin's voice, we're called to stay awake and stay engaged--with each other and with urgent social change. This gathering is to answer that call, to encourage each other to bring our Light to places that need healing. Please come with a candle and your thoughts about those broken places. Together, we'll name them and awaken to them, as artist Freddy Vargas creates an image of our collective concerns. Then, in meditation and conversation, we'll engage our hearts as allies and healers. This is a community offering from Rev. Donna Farrell, Rev. Clare Novak, Rev. Dawn Smith-Camacho, and Freddy Vargas on behalf of the United for Action coalition. Questions? ufatahoe@gmail.com

Annual Meeting

Annual Meeting

January 31, 2021 10:15 AM

As 2020 has now came to a close, we as a church community take time to reflect upon our ministry in the last year, and our dreams for this year together during our Annual Meeting.  We will hold this gathering on ZOOM immediately following worship.

If you have any reports from your various ministry groups, please email them to the church office at office@tahoeepiscopal.org.

Also, if you are interested in an elected position, we will be holding elections for Vestry and Diocesan Convention.  Both are amazing opportunities to serve our beloved community.  I ask that you prayerfully discern if God might be calling you to one of these particular ministries.

Please contact Rev. Sarah for more information: sdunn@tahoeepiscopal.org.

It is now apparent that due to the Pandemic, we will not be tutoring our kids on campus at this time. The children are now even further behind in their academic needs, and the school district wants us to continue doing what we can. We are, therefore, initiating a program to facilitate online tutoring. Visit:www.readwithmevolunteers.com For more info on our program or questions, contactreadwithmeamanda@gmail.com
